About Kevin Wise

Kevin Wise is a dedicated real estate professional and appraiser working toward becoming a certified general appraiser in the State of Texas. With a strong educational background, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Finance from Trinity University and later pursued  a Master of Science in Agricultural Engineering Technology and Business from Mississippi State University. Kevin began his real estate career in 2019 when he obtained his real estate license, and in 2022, he took the next step by acquiring his appraiser trainee license.

Kevin prioritizes integrity, responsiveness, and a client-first approach to ensure a smooth and successful experience. He provides top-notch real estate services, ensuring his clients have a seamless and stress-free experience whether they’re buying, selling, or investing.  Kevin also offers appraisal services on a wide range of properties, including commercial, farm and ranch, governmental, and residential real estate.
